Recovery

Easier day today with a couple of laps around Ryde Common on the grass. Shins are a little tender which usually means the calves are a little hammered so did some extra stretching there. Well and truly on the wind down for Christmas now, a couple of drinks in the city this afternoon and then a couple of laps of the Quarry Road course near Hornsby to round out the week, followed by a hopefully refreshing swim at the mother in law's place.

The kids are all wound up now and all shoppign done other than food which I'll finish tomorrow, but will make the annual late night trek to the fish markets tonight to stock up big time for the next couple of days.
