Monday is still slated as a rest day (but not for long!) but I decided to head on in to Easy Tiger for a massage. Some residual tightness in the quads but niggly heel seemed pretty good after ice last night. Gary determined that in his words "your calf muscles are bloody tight". Those who attend future sessions will notice indentations under the massage table where my fingers were gripping as he sorted out that tightness!
Also a pretty good picture from Saturday is below, it looks like that pesky seagull is just about to swoop, hovering over my left shoulder. Regulars will also notice I have sprouted facial hair, a leftover from the holidays, going for the bandito look :)

Yeh it really was chopper Dave at Scarborough park on Sunday. Maybe seagull was after that sausage under your nose?
