Recap

The last 4 weeks have been pretty hectic running wise (well ok in general). A quick recap/summary as I am now in the final stages of sharpening and then tapering for Sydney.

4 races in 4 weeks
Sutherland to Surf (11km) 45:05 (debut and so also a pb)
Striders Lane Cove (10km) 40:28 pb
City to Surf (14km) 58:57 pb
Willy to Billy (35km) 3:02:29 pb

This program has certainly affected my ability to try and stick to the Pfitzinger program with assorted niggles and tiredness reducing my training effectiveness. From here it is 3 weeks of focus solely back on marathon prep.

I'm not trying to sell women's shoes or payday loans. Just offering my congrats for a huge effort running 4 PBs in 4 weeks. It will be good for you to concentrate solely on marathon training for the next 3 weeks for hopefully another PB.

Good W2B time Dave, and nice run of PBs to boot, keep it together now for the run in to Sydney and you'll smash it up.

I think it's the word recap that attracted the spammers. You are in great form going into Sydney. Just have to manage that taper well and come out with speed and endurance. Ahh the ultimate goal. And a PB at the end of it.
