Hi team, sorry for the abbreviated blog but time has been scarce since I left the Aussie shores.
Anyway a quick update with a more detailed ramble (as per usual) to follow.
Ran the Rock n Roll Half at Arizona.
Posted 3 PB'S!!!! (the most important being the half in 90:23)

Congratulations on the PB's. Obviously the Cherrybrook hills gave you strong legs to power to the 90mins.
Was that 2 x10k PB's and a half PB?
