Another bread and butter run this morning, brisk tempo but not racing down to the weir and back. It is a little wierd, the mornings are cool but not intolerable but it seems others are all rugged up big time. Perhaps I am imprevious to the cold, I know when I used to cycle early mornings in winter I did not seem to notice the cold as much either.
Anyway around 11km (the Garmin always has a problem on Scribbly's for some reason) in a time of 51:34 (avg pace 4:42 min/km and avg HR 165).
Lower back a little tight but better after post run stretching rh foot still niggly in the background.
